Team Training & Development
Because healthy teams don't happen by accident.
You have gifted, committed people and somehow the team still isn't working the way it should. Some relationships feel stuck. Communication breaks down in the same places over and over. People work alongside each other without truly working together. The problem usually isn't effort or intention. It's the absence of a shared framework for understanding how each person leads, follows, and engages with the mission. That's what Shepherd360 Team Development provides.
The Goal:
Mutual Clarity
Leaders gain
A clear picture of how each team member is wired, vocationally, relationally, and spiritually, and the specific insights needed to lead them individually rather than manage them generically.
Teams gain
A shared framework for understanding their leader's shepherding style and each other's, so the team stops working around its differences and starts building on them.
When leaders understand how to shepherd each person, and each person understands how to follow well, the whole team moves differently. That's the goal.
The Framework: Two Lenses
Shepherd360 Team Development works on both sides of the leadership relationship simultaneously, because team health is never just a leader problem or just a follower problem. It's a relational one.

The Shepherd360 Leadership Assessment
The Team Member Assessment
Every leader on your team completes the Shepherd360 assessment, which measures leadership behavior across twelve biblically derived pillars and produces one of eight shepherd archetypes. The result is a clear picture of how each leader naturally tends, guides, protects, and equips the people in their care, and where their blind spots live.
Every team member completes a separate assessment that identifies their follower type across four dimensions: vocational competence and spiritual commitment. The result is a profile that helps leaders understand how to engage, develop, and shepherd each person according to how they're actually wired, not how leadership assumes they are.
Unified Synergy for Impact
The power of the Shepherd360 framework lies in the synergy between these two assessments. By connecting the leader lens with the team member lens, we move beyond individual evaluation to a holistic understanding of how leadership behaviors directly influence team dynamics. This unified process identifies the gaps in communication and alignment that often hinder progress, turning potential friction into collaborative strength.
When leaders see their team through a vocational and spiritual framework, and team members understand their leader’s unique shepherding style, mutual trust is built. This shared clarity is the cornerstone of healthier, higher-impact ministry teams that are not only mission-aligned but spiritually vibrant and practically effective.
Who this is built for
Shepherd360 Team Development is for leadership teams that are serious about doing the relational work, not just the organizational work.
Senior pastors and their elder or staff teams
Executive ministry directors and their direct reports
Parachurch leadership teams navigating growth or transition
Nonprofit executive boards and their organizational leaders
Church planting core groups building culture from the ground up
Kingdom-minded business leaders and their staff
Your team is worth the investment of clarity.
The friction, the misalignment, the conversations that keep not happening. Most of it is solvable. Not with a one-day workshop or a new org chart, but with a shared framework that helps every person on your team understand how they lead, how they follow, and how to do both better.
